I’ve written plenty about the benefits of having your team – notably senior stakeholders and subject experts – posting on social media.

But sometimes it’s the simple things, like keeping track of what to post and when, which stops people from making the most of the opportunity.

So, I’ve put together a very simple Excel template to help. It can be tailored and adapted of course, but hopefully will give your team a bit of a stimulus for better planning.

And, if you keep it as a shared document online, social media managers can go in and suggest content ideas and opportunities for them as well.
