As a leading retailer of home improvement products, primarily for tradespeople, Screwfix operates over 800 stores and offers more than 47,000 products online.

To help further grow awareness of new services such as 60 minute ‘Sprint’ delivery, and reinforce key messages around price and product, Screwfix asked slp consulting to conduct an audit of their current social media strategy, identify best practice opportunities (through a competitor review) and subsequently deliver future recommendations.

Following a development workshop and further collaboration sessions, a future approach – including prioritised actions – was defined, organised around slp consulting’s social media framework.

This approach is enabling Screwfix to refine and enhance their activity across marketing and customer service in social media.
