The Football Association operates a number of social media accounts, including those for Wembley Stadium.

With the 90,000 capacity venue as a stunning backdrop, we ran a collaborative training workshop with the team. Our objective: to discuss and explore the role of social media for Wembley Stadium, new opportunities for creating content and ways of further enhancing social customer care.

We followed this up with a playbook, including practical guidance on all areas of social media; from tone of voice and paid media, to reporting and social media management tools.
