Building on an initial strategy workshop, Moreno Masey invited us to help further shape and inform their use of social media to support their mission to “create exceptional spaces through thoughtful, technical and sustainable architecture”.

Following a review of their key objectives and audiences needs, we helped define a strategic content direction, role of social media, best practice guide for content creation and amplification, plus a framework for measuring success.

These elements were collated into a social media playbook to support the internal Moreno Masey team drive and deliver activity on social media that’s aligned to business objectives, follows best practice and helps to push the sustainable architecture agenda.

Your guidance through the work of the playbook was informative and insightful. We now feel well equipped with the tools and techniques you have given us to be able to deliver our strategy. We have really enjoyed the whole process – a great company to work closely with!
