The client is famous for its innovative design in both domestic and professional products. For the latter, their customers include the likes of sports venues, restaurants and offices… basically anywhere that “hosts” people. Because the products standout from the crowd, people are predisposed to talk about them in a positive light – a perfect fit for social media.

We ran a workshop with the client team to explore how social media can help build on this opportunity, increasing awareness amongst consumers and subsequently growing demand for the product.
