To support Osborne Clarke’s international footprint of legal services, they already operated a range of social media accounts, helping locations, service lines and sectors increase audience awareness and consideration of their expertise.

To further optimise OC’s strategic approach to using social media tools and technologies, we ran a series of in-person and online working sessions to identify opportunities to refine both the development of content and supporting governance.

Working with the International team, we also facilitated and fed into existing thinking around social media policies, principles and procedures across account structure, new account requests, content management and content development.

This work is helping OC both streamline its use of social media, but also ensure campaigns and activities align to the organisation’s clear strategic direction.
