Earlier this week I was served up a Google Ad by Oracle Social Cloud – explicitly encouraging prospects to compare them against Sprinklr… I was intrigued by this head-on approach. Social media management tools are big business these days and I’ve written previously about the challenges of picking a new one. However I’ve never seen a piece of advertising like this before – a bold move from a technology stalwart against one of the most talked about social media management suites.

I clicked through to the site, then clicked through to Sprinklr – such a different approach that I felt compelled to capture it here.
